- No hidden fees or charges. Other rental dealers charge a prep fee, a mandatory cleaning fee, or a "just because we can" fee! We don't do that. The only thing extra upfront that you have to pay is sales tax.
- All units are 2022s or 2023s. - They are in "like-new" condition.
- We will include a hitch at no charge to you. Other dealers charge for hitch rental.
- We encourage you to bring along your pet. Please see our policies below for details.
- We allow you to use the awning. Please see our policies below for details.
- We offer delivery and pickup within 50 miles of our dealership. This includes local campgrounds such as Blue Springs Ranch, Riverview Ranch, Meramec State Park, Onondaga Cave State Park, Ozark Outdoors Resort, Meramec Valley Campground, Bass River Resort, The Rafting Company, & Huzzah Valley Resort.
Our priority is to be sure that you will absolutely love your rental experience with Bourbon RV. All units are cleaned and maintained between each rental trip. When you leave our lot, you will know we have done everything possible to ensure that you will have a trouble free trip with your RV.
On the day of your pick-up, we ask for you to set aside at least an hour for the orientation. Our technician will demonstrate how to connect and disconnect the unit properly from your tow vehicle and the fundamentals of towing an RV. Our technician will also give you a walk-through of the unit so that you will be good-to-go when you arrive at your first destination.

RENTAL POLICIES:
We require a $500 deposit to reserve a unit. The deposit is held on account, separate from the rental fees. This deposit may be made by a credit or debit card only. By allowing Bourbon RV to take a reservation deposit, you are implying that you agree to abide by the policies detailed on this page.
At the time of reserving a unit, we will also need exact dates you will be traveling, your destination, what driver(s) will be towing the unit, and the number of people staying in the RV. This deposit will become your Damage Deposit when you pick-up your unit (see below regarding “Damage Deposits”).

The rental fee must be paid in full at departure. Payments may by credit or debit card.
Your reservation deposit will be retained on your date of departure to be used as your damage deposit. Upon your return, we will inspect the unit. Charges will be deducted from this deposit for interior/exterior damages, loss of equipment, and interior/exterior cleaning.
Deposits will be returned within 3 weeks of unit’s return.
If there are extensive damages requiring Bourbon RV to submit an insurance claim, you agree to the following stipulations: (1) The entire Damage Deposit of $500 will be retained. (2) You also agree to remit to Bourbon RV an additional $500 for a total of $1,000 to cover damages.

Travel trailers have a 3-night minimum throughout the year.
Renter must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license. Each additional driver must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
Allow a minimum of one hour for pick-up orientation.
All tow vehicles must be equipped with a class III receiver, electric brake control and 7-way wiring socket. Bourbon RV will provide an equalizer hitch if needed. A brake controller may be rented for $60.

Must be SCHEDULED between 10am – 3pm, Monday thru Friday.

Bourbon RV includes collision and comprehensive coverage with your rental fee. Renter must provide written insurance information for tow vehicle that includes towing liability. We will provide renter a form to give to your insurance agent to obtain this information. If renter’s vehicle insurance will not provide towing liability, a liability policy can be purchased through MBA Insurance on a per day basis. If Bourbon RV will be transporting the unit for you, liability insurance verification is not necessary.
We do not provide mobile repair service. Although we thoroughly check the unit before pick-up, we cannot guarantee that every component of the unit will operate flawlessly. If you experience a problem, please call our dealership. Minor problems will not obligate us to reduce rental fee or to issue a refund.
Coverage may be purchased separately on a per day basis. Cost is $15 per day. This coverage is through Coach-Net. This coverage also provides access to a 24/7 RV Technical Assistance Hotline provided by Coach-Net.
We encourage you to take along your dog so that they can enjoy RVing along with the family. However, damages or additional cleaning resulting from your pet will result in a reduction in your damage deposit refund.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside of the rental unit. Evidence of smoking inside of unit will result in forfeiting the entire $500 damage deposit.
We allow use of the unit’s awning. However, usage of awning implies that renter agrees to not have the awning extended overnight, if there is wind, or if it is raining. Any damage to the awning will result in forfeiting the entire $500 damage deposit.
No bedding or linens will be provided with the rental. Please bring all sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. needed for the duration of your travel.

If personal item(s) were inadvertently left in unit, Bourbon RV will inform you that item(s) were left behind. These item(s) will be kept at Bourbon RV for 14 days. No special effort will be made to return the item(s). Upon request, Bourbon RV can return ship item(s) at the owner’s expense. After 14 days, Bourbon RV may dispose of item(s) at its own discretion. Any food remaining in the unit will be immediately disposed of.
Renter acknowledges the risks and dangers of towing, entering, exiting, and usage of a RV. Renter and other persons making use of the rented travel trailer do so at their own risk. Renter agrees to accept full responsibility, assume all risks, and has a duty to ensure their own safety and the safety of Renter’s guests and invitees when towing and using the rented travel trailer.
Renter agrees to connect travel trailer to vehicle utilizing all safety equipment provided. This includes sway control, safety chains, and a properly adjusted brake controller. Renter will contact Bourbon RV at 573-732-5100 if questions arise regarding how to operate vehicle in a safe manner.
Holding Tanks: Tanks are empty upon departure. A $75 fee for dumping and flushing tanks will be deducted from your damage deposit if unit is returned with full tanks.

Travel to Mexico is prohibited.
